|Recommended: YesVery happy with our apartment and the staff. — We have been here 3 months and find the staff very helpful, excellent maintenance service, and the apartment very comfortable. Parking is very convenient, and all common areas are very clean. I would gladly recommend living at Virginia Square Plaza.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — This has been a fabulous experience here. It is always clean and quiet. Free printing and a gym is a great plus for me as a grad student. Anytime there is an issue and a maintenance request has been filed, the problem is fixed immediately. I would sign another lease here in a heartbeat

It's a bit older, but overall I like it. — The location doesn't get much better being next to metro of course the rent reflects that . The building is pretty quite for the most part which is great, I think I've only heard the neighbors once in my 4 months here. The building is a bit older and could some updates, but overall its nice and staff is very nice. I don't have any complaints, although I wish it had a pool but the rent is already high enough in this area.

Great location, cant beat it ..right between Clarendon and Ballston. I walk everywhere. The AC in my apartment is really good, nice and chillly

|Recommended: YesLove Dittmar Properties and Va Square Plaza is great — I've lived in Arlington for almost 6 years now and only ever lived in Dittmar properties. I can't say enough of what great quality living they offer and for a great price. I really enjoy living at Va Square Plaza. It's so close to the metro and parking is awesome Just wish they had a pool

Management This apartment is managed very well. Leasing office is always prompt to answer questions and professional. Front desk staff are incredibly friendly.
Location Excellent location as it's across the street from the Virginia Square Metro and close to lots of restaurants and a 5 min walk to a Giant grocery store. As a woman who lives by herself, I've always felt safe here.
Construction The apartment is well-made. The elevators have never been broken and are fast. All apartment fixtures and appliances are in great condition - nothing has ever broken down for me. Maintenance is fast if you ask them for anything. I had a clogged sink drain only and they responded very quickly to fix it. I've also never had noise issues.

|Recommended: YesPrettiest Place I've lived in... — Since moving to VA from PA, Virginia Square Plaza is the nicest place I've lived so far. I constantly see people cleaning, painting touch ups and generally working to keep the building and surrounding area nice. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus the 24 hour staffing there makes it so convenient. I enjoy living here very much
